今年で17回目を迎えるコント日本一決定戦『キングオブコント2024』（TBS系）の準決勝進出者が出そろった。
昨年に続いて即席ユニットでの参加も認められている今回の『キングオブコント』。8月11日に大阪、14・15日に東京で行われた準々決勝には199組が参加していたが、準決勝進出は35組という狭き門となった。
