歌舞伎俳優の市川猿之助（本名、喜熨斗孝彦）容疑者が6月27日、母親の自殺を手助けしたとして、警視庁に自殺ほう助容疑で逮捕された。
猿之助容疑者は今年5月18日、自宅の半地下で意識がもうろうとした状態で倒れているのが発見され、2階のリビングで仰向けで倒れていた父の市川段四郎さんと母の喜熨斗延子さんはいずれも死亡が確認されていた。
