12月24日に生放送される漫才頂上決戦『M-1グランプリ』（テレビ朝日系）で準決勝進出者となった30組が発表された。
過去にファイナルを経験したことのあるコンビが7組。決勝進出が決まれば初出場となるコンビが23組と、比較的フレッシュな選出となった。
